The project was to construct two new retail buildings, one 6,000 sf and the second 4,208 sf located at 1600 Challenge Way in the City of Sacramento. The site required a drive thru, associated parking and patio areas as well as areas for stormwater quality or a proprietary unit. Cartwright services included boundary and topography survey, boundary line adjustment, tentative parcel map, final parcel map, civil entitlements, construction documents, and a Risk Level 2 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
