This project involved the construction of two new retail buildings—one 6,000-square-foot and one 4,208-square-foot, located at 1600 Challenge Way in the City of Sacramento. The site design included a drive-thru, parking and patio areas, and stormwater quality treatment using a proprietary unit.

Cartwright provided comprehensive civil engineering services, including boundary and topographic surveying, boundary line adjustment, tentative and final parcel mapping, civil entitlements, preparation of construction documents, and development of a Risk Level 2 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
