The project was to construct an approximately 0.75-acre dog park located at the southwest corner of 19th Street and Q Street in the City of Sacramento. The site was an empty lot with no known existing structures. It was anticipated the improvements would be limited to less than one acre. Cartwright services included design development, construction documents, assistance with the building permit submittal, assistance with bidding and contract awarding, public offsite improvement plans, and construction administration.
