Cartwright Nor Cal is seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead site and land development projects from beginning to end of project. This position requires a Registered Professional Engineer in California with 3–5 years of experience managing projects, overseeing design staff, and maintaining schedules and budgets. The Project Manager is responsible for overall project success, client relationships, preparation and submittal of project documents, jurisdictional coordination, and collaboration with other disciplines and sub-consultants. The role includes providing leadership and direction to all team members, approving project-related purchases and sub-consultant invoices, and assisting with hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews. Proficiency in AutoCAD, LDD, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and a flexible schedule, is required.

Cartwright Nor Cal is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide technical expertise and leadership on site and land development projects from beginning to end of project. This position requires a California Registered Professional Engineer with 5–7 years of experience with site development / land development projects and the ability to produce construction documents with minimal technical oversight while collaborating closely with Project Management on constructability and client vision. The Senior Project Engineer supports the Project Manager with preparation and submittal of project documents, jurisdictional coordination, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction administration, while also providing guidance to designers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and a flexible schedule, is required.
