WellQuest Senior Living Cottages

This project involves construction of 15 senior living cottages, new road, a dog park, a bocce ball court, and a community gathering area. This development is taking place behind the existing Wellquest senior living facility in Granite Bay, California.
Cartwright services included topographic survey services, entitlement phase services, rezone exhibit, sewer study, drainage report, stormwater quality control plan, construction BMP plan, land use vicinity map, air quality construction activities narrative, easement plat and legal descriptions, construction documents, cost estimate, storm water pollution prevention plan, construction support services, team and agency coordination and record drawings.
Construction is currently in progress.
