This project involved development of a Senior Living community on a 7-acre parcel located at 9747 Sierra College Blvd. in Granite Bay. The Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is set on a beautifully landscaped 4.48-acre portion of the site bordering unincorporated Placer County and the City of Roseville and features a two-story building totaling approximately 108,000 square feet with outdoor recreation spaces designed to support the well-being and special needs of elderly residents.

Cartwright services included survey and mapping, preparation of parcel maps, on-site and off-site improvement plans, stormwater quality planning, construction support, schematic design, and assistance with minor use permitting.
