The project was a 7-acre parcel located at 9747 Sierra College Blvd., Granite Bay. The development is a Senior Living community, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community set on a beautifully landscaped 4.48 acre bordering the unincorporated Placer County and Roseville. The development provided a two-story facility totaling approximately 108,000 square feet with outdoor recreation space and caters to the special needs and well-being of elderly residents. Services included survey/mapping, parcel map, on-site and off-site improvement plans, stormwater quality, construction support, schematic design, and assistance with minor use permitting.
