This project involved the subdividing a 5.15-acre site for the development of a single-family residential community. The property is located at the northeast and northwest corners of Jacinto Avenue and Starburst Way in the City of Sacramento. The proposed development is based on previously approved City planning entitlement documents, which include a 37-lot Tentative Map and associated Conditions of Approval.

Cartwright services included entitlement services, on-site and off-site civil construction documents, street light plans, agency submittals and coordination, project specific drainage study, preliminary water study, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), final subdivision mapping, and construction and bid assistance.
