UC Center Site improvements

The project involved site improvements to an existing 2-story commercial building at 1115 11th Street in the City of Sacramento. The project constructed a new 3rd level, building façade improvements, and new entry plaza feature. Cartwright assisted in the off-site associated improvements.

Cartwright services included off-site civil construction documents, agency submittals and coordination, and revocable encroachment permit.
