Phase C of the project involves the development of a 155,000 SF amenity rich hotel with approximately 160-180 parking spaces.

Services included project coordination, planning entitlements, design development, preparation of construction documents, a minor encroachment and driveway permit, a project-specific drainage study, construction support services, and agency submittals.
