This project involves construction of a new four-story mixed-use building at 1615 and 1629 S Street in the City of Sacramento. The project consists of apartment units over ground level commercial space and associated parking and site improvements. The site is approximately 32,000 square feet in size.
Cartwright services included on-site and off-site construction documents, drainage report, street light plans, preliminary water and sewer studies, revocable encroachment permit, agency submittals and coordination, and construction and bid assistance.
