The Reserve Subdivision

This project involves the subdivision of an existing 4.26-acre site into a 48-lot single-family residential development with a public road in the City of Sacramento. The project is located at the northeast corner of Bruceville Road and Jacinto Avenue. The proposed development is intended to efficiently utilize the site while supporting new residential units and associated public improvements along Bruceville Road and Jacinto Avenue fronting the property.

Cartwright services included entitlement services, preparation of on-site and off-site civil construction documents, agency submittals and coordination, street light plans, a project-specific drainage study, preliminary water study, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), final subdivision mapping, construction and bid assistance, water modeling, street light and traffic signal modification plans, and preparation of a water study memorandum.
