The project site consists of two parcels totaling approximately 2.04± net acres. The site is located at the northeast corner of Florin Road and Woodbine Avenue.
Cartwright services included preliminary civil engineering design and entitlement phase, on-site and off-site civil improvement plans, drainage study, storm water pollution plan (SWPPP), agency submittals and coordination, lot line adjustment, processing, bidding and construction assistance.
