This project involves the development of a new three-story mixed-use building and the associated site improvements at 1114 22nd street in the City of Sacramento. The existing parking lot was developed into three separate condominium units and common space area.

Cartwright services included topographic and boundary survey, final subdivision and condominium mapping, entitlement services, on-site and off-site construction documents, preliminary water study, and construction and bid assistance.
