The Grace

This project involves the development of a new five-story mixed-use building with associated site improvements at the properties located at 620 and 628 15th Street in Sacramento. The project site is approximately 0.22±. The proposed development includes subdivision of the property for condominium purposes into thirty-eight separate residential condominium units, one commercial condominium unit, and common area.

Cartwright services included entitlement services, design development, preparation of a preliminary water and sewer study, on-site and off-site civil improvement plans, street lighting plans, a drainage memorandum, agency submittals and coordination, permitting approvals and construction administration.
