This project involves the development of a new three-story multi-family apartment building with associated site improvements at the properties located at 620 and 628 15th Street in Sacramento. The project site is approximately 0.22±. The proposed development included a lot merger and quit-claiming an onsite public easement.

Cartwright services included entitlement services, design development, a preliminary water and sewer studies, on-site and off-site civil improvement plans, street lighting plans, drainage report, revocable encroachment permits, lot line adjustment, quit claim processing, agency submittals and coordination, and construction administration.
