The Forum - Fitness Center at Lennar Placer Vineyards

This project involves the development of an approximately 6,550-SF fitness center building, a 7,700-SF indoor pool building, outdoor activity spaces, and associated site improvements within the Placer Vineyards development. The proposed development is intended to support recreational amenities while efficiently utilizing the site. Project site improvements are anticipated to include stormwater quality treatment control features to meet Placer County requirements.
