This project involves the development of a new 5-story mixed-use building on a 0.28 acres site in the City of Sacramento. The site is located at the corner of Broadway and 19th street in Sacramento. The project consists of new apartment units over a ground level commercial space.

Cartwright services included on-site and off-site construction documents, street light plans, preliminary sewer study, construction and bid assistance, and agency submittals and coordination.
