The project was transferred from different engineering firm to Cartwright. All existing plans and documentation were compiled and submitted to Cartwright to secure approval of a Major Project Permit, including negotiated Conditions of Approval, as well as the required construction documents for permitting.

Cartwright provided comprehensive support throughout the plan submittal process, including agency coordination, response to review comments, and permit approvals with the City Planning Department, City Building Department, City Environmental Utilities Department, City of Roseville Electric, and Fire and Development Services. Cartwright’s scope of services included site topographic and boundary surveying, preparation of a geotechnical report, electrical engineering, civil design, and landscape and irrigation architectural services.
