Terrace Park Subdivision

This project involves the subdivision of an existing 8.21-acre project site into a 79-lot single family residential development. The project is located at the Northwest corner of Greg Thatch Circle and Tres Piezas Drive in Natomas, Sacramento. The proposed development is intended to efficiently utilize the site while supporting new residential units.

Cartwright services included due diligence, entitlement services, agency processing, preparation of on-site and off-site civil construction documents, street light plans, a project-specific drainage study, water analysis and water model, storm water pollution plan (SWPPP), final subdivision mapping, and construction and bid assistance.
