The project consisted of construction of foundations to support the installation of an art piece located along the City of West Sacramento’s River Walk, near the intersection of Market Street and Riverfront Street in West Sacramento. Services included preliminary investigation, preliminary civil design set-up and flood control documents, civil construction documents, flood easement mapping, and City meetings.
