Sierra Central Credit Union has been serving members since 1955, starting at Beale Air Force Base. They aim to continue serving the North State with 19 locations across various counties, including Yuba, Sutter, Butte, Glenn, Shasta, Lassen, Tehama, Placer, El Dorado, Nevada, Amador, Colusa, Plumas, Sierra, Yolo, Sacramento, Alpine, Modoc, and Tuolumne.

This project was a 4,040 SF building for Sierra Central Credit Union. Civil work included demolition of the existing structure, site preparation and grading, and site improvements, including a 25-car surface parking lot and 7-foot-high structural masonry perimeter walls.
