Roseville Square Pad

This project involved site improvements associated with new construction of a 7,560 square foot commercial building at 445 Roseville Square in Roseville, CA. Site work included demolition of existing improvements, proposed grading, construction of private utilities and any associated site improvements.

Cartwright services included entitlement services, stormwater quality compliance form, design development services, design team coordination, on-site civil improvements plans, drainage and stormwater quality report, jurisdiction processing and coordination, construction assistance, and record drawings.
