Provence Subdivision
North Natomas, City of Sacramento
This project involved development of “Provence”, a 187-unit townhouse subdivision located in the Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento. The project includes the townhomes, a community pool area and associated site improvements.
Cartwright services included preparation of topographic surveys, detailed grading and drainage plans, utility plans, phasing plans, erosion control plans, and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). We provided construction documents, record drawings, QSP construction support services, and ongoing assistance throughout permitting and construction.
