This project involved subdividing one existing 2.8-acre parcel into a maximum of fifteen parcels for future single-family residential homes comprising approximately one acre of the site, located at 1800 and 1900 Potrero Way in the City of Sacramento. The property is situated along the south side of Potrero Way between Freeport Boulevard and Monterey Way.

Cartwright services included preparation of a preliminary cost estimate, utility due diligence and entitlement services, on-site civil improvement plans, off-site civil improvement plans, agency submittals and coordination, a drainage study, storm water pollution prevention plan, street lighting plans, a preliminary water study, and final subdivision mapping.
