This project involved updating the 1993 master plan for the Placer County Government Center (PCGC) in North Auburn, establishing a roadmap for development of the 200-acre campus over the next 20 years. Many of the goals and objectives were achieved in the 1993 Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan (CFMP), and now a new plan will guide future infrastructure, site and facility projects for the next two decades.

Cartwright services include assessments, both site and facility, site development, strategic planning, planning details, utility infrastructure planning, preliminary grading/drainage, and a conceptual earthwork analysis.
