Pazza Notte Outdoor Café

This project involves the construction of a series of exterior patios for outdoor dining along the north side of L Street at the 1801 L Street building in the City of Sacramento. The development consists of two separate al fresco dining seating areas for Pazza Notte and Italian Bistro. The project is intended to enhance outdoor dining opportunities while complementing the existing site.

Cartwright services included coordination with the Client, review of existing site conditions, meetings and communications with the City of Sacramento, raised deck design, preparation of construction drawings, and support for project approvals and permits.
