Pazza Notte Outdoor Café

This project involves the construction of a series of exterior patios for outdoor dining along the north side of L Street at the 1801 L Street building in the City of Sacramento. The proposed development consists of three separate al fresco dining seating areas designated for individual tenant spaces, including Pazza Notte, Saigon Alley, and Ginger Elizabeth’s. The project is intended to enhance outdoor dining opportunities while complementing the existing site.

Cartwright services included coordination with the Client, review of existing site conditions, meetings and communications with the City of Sacramento, raised deck design, preparation of construction drawings, and support for project approvals and permits.
