This project involves the subdivision of an existing 3.45-acre site for the development of approximately 38 single-family residential homes in the City of Sacramento. The property is located at the southwest corner of Bridgecross Drive and Honor Parkway. The proposed development is intended to efficiently utilize the site while supporting the construction of new residential units and associated site improvements.

Cartwright services included boundary and topographic surveys, entitlement services, on-site and off-site civil construction documents, project specific drainage study, project specific water study, storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), final subdivision mapping, agency submittals and coordination, and construction support and bidding assistance.
