Newton Booth Mixed-Use

This project involves construction of a new four-story mixed-use building at 2800 S Street in Newton Booth in the City of Sacramento.  The project consists of apartments units over ground floor commercial space. The site is approximately 9,500 square feet in size.

Cartwright services include planning entitlements documents, on-site and off-site construction documents, street light plans, preliminary water and sewer studies, agency submittals and coordination, and construction and bid assistance.
