Missouri Flat Pet Clinic

This project involves construction of a new veterinary pet clinic and parking lot on the existing clinic site at 4545 Missouri Flat Road in El Dorado County. The existing clinic building and portions of other on-site structures were demolished. Improvements were anticipated to be limited to the site, with the exception of reconstructing the existing driveways off Poko Dobi Lane to meet current County standards.

Cartwright provided comprehensive civil engineering services, including preparation of construction documents, assistance with compliance for the Federal NPDES Phase II MS4 Post Construction Stormwater Quality requirements, and development of stormwater quality design plans and calculations.
