First Street and B Avenue, PCGC, Placer County, CA
This project involves the development of six buildings on approximately 3.0 acres intended to become a lease lot within Placer County Government Center (PCGC), located within the larger 200-acre campus in unincorporated Placer County, commonly referred to as North Auburn. The proposed development includes three apartment buildings, a townhouse complex, a community building, dog park area, and a support building for laundry, maintenance, and refuse services. The project is planned as an Affordable Housing Community consistent with the vision outlined in the PCGC Master Plan Update.
Cartwright services included preparation of the site plan, grading and drainage plan, water and sewer plan, erosion control plan, post-construction stormwater quality plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, drainage study, water model, sewer analysis, and cost estimate, agency submittals and coordination, and construction and bid-phase assistance.
Services also included civil design and permitting to realign and construct portions of First Street and Bell Road, including extensions of public water, drainage, and raw water mains.
