Tower Broadway apartments

This project involves the development of an approximately 61,000-square-foot, five-story mixed-use building located at 2500 16th Street and 1600, 1601, 1608, and 1614 Broadway in the City of Sacramento. The proposed development consists of apartment units over ground-floor commercial space. The project is intended to efficiently utilize the 1.1-acre site while supporting new residential and commercial uses.

The site is bounded by Land Park Drive/16th Street to the west, Broadway to the north, commercial buildings to the east, and adjacent residential parcels and Burnett Way to the south. Existing site includes two commercial buildings and associated parking areas, which are anticipated to be demolished, while one residential home adjacent to Burnett Way will remain and is not included in the redevelopment.

Cartwright services included entitlement phase services, on-site and off-site design development, preparation of a drainage memorandum and preliminary sewer study, construction documents, off-site civil improvement plans, street light plan, revocable encroachment permit processing, permit assistance, construction administration, public easement review, lot line adjustment, and preparation of private easement legal descriptions.
