This project involved subdividing three existing parcels into twelve parcels for future single-family residential development located at 1208, 1216, and 1222 32nd Street in the City of Sacramento.

Cartwright services included preparation of the Tentative map, preliminary grading & drainage, sewer & water layouts, on-site and off-site civil construction documents, street lighting plans, a preliminary water study, preparation of the final subdivision map, and construction & bid assistance.
