The project was to subdivide three (3) existing parcels into 12 parcels for future single-family residential homes at the property identified as 1208, 1216, and 1222 32nd Street in the City of Sacramento. Cartwright services included tentative map, preliminary grading/drainage/sewer/water layouts, on-site and off-site civil construction documents, street lighting plans, a preliminary water study, final subdivision map, and construction/bid assistance.
