This project involves the development of two identical three-story apartment buildings totaling approximately 57,600 square feet (±28,800 square feet each) located at 600 4th Street in West Sacramento. The property is located along the south side of F Street, between 4th Street and 5th Street. The proposed development included associated site improvements designed to support the residential buildings and meet local regulatory requirements.

Cartwright services included preparation of entitlements, civil construction documents, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and construction and bid assistance.
