The project included subdividing an existing 0.59-acre project site into 21 condominium units for future residential townhomes at the property identified as 1300 and 1310 C Street in the City of Sacramento.  Each residential unit was separated from each other but designed to meet multi-family/townhome building code requirements as they are condominium units.

Cartwright services included on-site civil construction documents, off-site civil construction documents which included streetlight plans and a preliminary water study, final subdivision mapping services and construction/bid assistance.
