This project involves a subdivision on a 6.50-acre site for the development of a single-family residential community known as Carmichael Promenade. The property is located on the north side of Fair Oaks Boulevard and west of Marshall. The proposed development includes 46 lots for single-family homes and a common area.

Cartwright services include entitlements, design team coordination and meetings, agency processing and coordination, preparation of a preliminary drainage study, post-construction stormwater quality plan (PCSWQP), and stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP), sewer and water system design, street lighting plans, signage and striping plans, record drawings, preparation of a drainage report and LID approval, preparation of drainage and sewer easements, retaining wall design, and residential plot plans.
