The project was to develop a 100% Construction Document package for the Harter Park site located at the west side of Harter Parkway in Yuba City. The site consisted of approximately 5-acres, 40 space parking lot, picnic areas, play areas, sports field, basketball court, and utility connections.

Cartwright services included civil construction documents; site demolition plan, grading/drainage/utility plan, stormwater quality plan, erosion control plan, civil site construction cost estimate, civil specifications, and project coordination. Years following the initial project scope, Cartwright was responsible for incorporating a new pavilion area into the original project design and improvement plans. The pavilion included a shaded picnic area and recreational games which are located in the southwest corner of the project site.
