This project consisted of the renovation of two adjacent buildings located at 2413 and 2417 J Street in the City of Sacramento. The Didion is a development of a four-story mixed-use building designed to stitch together the urban fabric of J Street in the City of Sacramento by maximizing the potential of a former parking lot site.  

Cartwright services included preparation of civil construction documents, minor encroachment permit plans, processing of a revocable encroachment permit, coordination with City staff, and construction and bid assistance.
