The project consisted of the renovation of two adjacent buildings: 2413 & 2417 (The Didion) J Steet, in the city of Sacramento. The Didion is a four-story mixed use building and 2413 J Street is a multi-tenant retail renovation of the former Cuilla Brothers Auto Garage.
Cartwright Nor Cal services included civil construction documents, minor encroachment permit plans, a revocable encroachment permit, city coordination, and construction/bid assistance.
