This project involved new construction of a single-story, 3,078-square-foot Winery and Tasting Room facility, along with a 3,658-square-foot covered crush pad. The tasting room was constructed at the south end of an existing gravel parking area and required civil design services for the new building location, including grading, drainage, and paving improvements to provide ADA-compliant parking adjacent to the building. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was also prepared as part of the project requirements.

Cartwright services included preparation of a comprehensive site plan, accommodating 100 parking stalls and providing required fire access. The design also incorporated rotation of the building footprint, a pad on the north side for future expansion, and re-routing of on-site sewer utilities around the existing vineyards.
