The project was a 14,231 square foot building that serves as a dental office for 4 different dentists: standard dentistry, endodontic, cosmic dentistry, and orthodontic. The two-story building splits each floor into 2 suites, creating a workspace for all 4 dentists. Cartwright was responsible for providing foundation survey, “As-Built” survey, entitlement services, construction documents which included an erosion control plan, construction assistance, and a driveway revision.
