This 14,231-square-foot, two-story building was designed to serve four dental practices, including general dentistry, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and orthodontics. Each floor is divided into two suites, creating dedicated, functional spaces for all four practices.

Cartwright provided comprehensive civil engineering services, including a foundation survey, as-built survey, entitlement support, construction documents with an erosion control plan, construction-phase assistance, and a driveway revision.
