The project was to construct a new 236,408 square foot, 6-story mixed use building, located on the vacant  1.2-acre lot at 1717 S Street in the City of Sacramento. The project consisted of 159 apartment units and 11,376 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Services included boundary/topographic survey, lot merger, preliminary civil engineering, bidding/construction assistance, and processing a revocable encroachment permit through the City for approval.
