This project involved preparing grading and erosion and sediment control plans for inclusion in the final construction documents for the site located at 105 Alta Drive in Watsonville.

The site consisted of a 40-foot by 40-foot lease area enclosed by a perimeter fence and included outdoor equipment cabinets, underground utilities, a diesel generator, and antennas with associated equipment mounted on a proposed faux water tank.

Cartwright services included preparation of grading plans, erosion and sediment control plans, construction documents, and minor plan revisions.
