The project was to provide grading and erosion/sediment control plans required for final construction documents for the site located at 105 Alta Drive, Watsonville, CA. The site was a 40’x40’ lease area with a fenced perimeter containing outdoor equipment cabinets, underground utilities, a diesel generator and antennas with the associated equipment mounted on a proposed faux water tank. Cartwright provided grading and construction documents, an erosion control plan, and minor plan revisions.
