Angelino Luxury Apartments

Angelino Luxury Apartments is a completed 23,498-square-foot mixed-use development consisting of residential units and five ground-floor retail spaces. The project was designed to enhance the surrounding neighborhood by combining modern residential living with an active street-level retail presence.

Cartwright provided civil engineering services for the development, including preparation of the On-Site Civil Improvement Plans and completion of the project Drainage Study. These services supported site development, infrastructure coordination, and regulatory approvals, helping to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
