The project was to construct a new multi-story student housing building at the property identified as 1325 65th St. in the city of Sacramento. The ground level floor was comprised of parking with commercial, leasing, and facility service-related areas. Based on our review of the existing site conditions, it was anticipated that any off-site improvements would be limited to utility connections, two driveway removals on 65th Street, a new driveway on 65th Street, and minor sidewalk and alley replacement. Past experience with the city indicated we were able to construct the required off-site improvements under an encroachment permit since the street lighting was adequate and was not impacted.
