This project involved subdividing an existing parcel into six individual parcels and constructing six 2- to 3-story loft-style residential townhomes at 3348 S Street, located at the southwest corner of S Street and 34th Street in the City of Sacramento. Each unit is detached, and the proposed improvements were primarily on-site, with off-site work limited to utility service connections and minor sidewalk replacement under a Driveway and Encroachment Permit.

Cartwright services included boundary and topographic surveying, preparation of a tentative subdivision map, preliminary grading, drainage, and sewer design, as well as easement abandonment and dedication.
