This project involved development of eight new single-family homes and renovation of one existing commercial building, along with associated site improvements, on an approximately 0.22-acre site located at the northwest corner of U Street and 28th Street. The site was previously developed with a warehouse, garages, and a parking lot, and was subdivided into nine new parcels to accommodate the proposed improvements.

Cartwright services included boundary and topographic surveys, entitlement support including preparation of a tentative map, grading and drainage plans, landscape plans, and preliminary sewer and water layouts. We also prepared construction documents for both commercial and residential components, completed the final subdivision map, and provided construction administration support.
