The project was to develop eight (8) new single-family homes and renovate one (1) existing commercial building with associated site improvements on an approximately 0.22-acre site located at the northwest corner of U street and 28th street. The site was originally a developed warehouse with associated garages and parking lot. It was understood the project site would need to be subdivided into nine (9) new parcels.

Cartwright services included boundary/topographic survey, entitlement services which included: tentative map, grading/drainage plans, landscape plans, and preliminary sewer/water layouts, commercial and residential construction documents, final subdivision mapping and construction administration.
