This project involved subdividing an existing single parcel into twenty-one parcels and the construction of twenty-one residential units located at 308 14th Street in the City of Sacramento. The residential development was designed to efficiently utilize the site while incorporating necessary grading, utility infrastructure, and supporting improvements to serve the new homes.

Cartwright services included preparation of the Tentative Map, preliminary grading and earthwork calculations, preliminary sewer and water layouts, preparation of construction documents, and coordination of agency submittals and approvals.
