This project involves the development of a new 2-story multifamily building at 230 13th Street in the City of Sacramento. The development consists of eight studio apartment units with an outdoor courtyard and no on-site parking. The site is bounded by an existing residential lot to the north and west, 13th Street to the east, and C Street to the south, and was a vacant lot, approximately 2,975 square feet (0.07 acres) in size.

Cartwright services include preparation of civil construction documents, agency submittals and coordination, design team coordination, on-site drainage report, minor encroachment permit, and construction and bid-phase assistance.
