This project involves the development of a new 2-story multifamily building at 230 13th Street in the City of Sacramento. The proposed development will consist of eight studio apartment units with an outdoor courtyard and no on-site parking. The site is bounded by an existing residential lot to the north and west, 13th Street to the east, and C Street to the south. The site is a vacant lot, approximately 2,975 square feet (0.07 acres) in size.

Cartwright services include preparation of civil construction documents, agency submittals and coordination, design team coordination and meetings, preparation of an on-site drainage memorandum, a minor encroachment permit, and construction and bid-phase assistance.
