This project involves the construction of new frontage improvements along the east side of 10th Street between P Street and Q Street, and at the southwest corner of 11th Street and P Street in the City of Sacramento. The proposed improvements include new sidewalk, sidewalk drains, and landscape grading associated with public amenity areas along the roadway frontage. The pre-construction site contains existing sidewalks, driveways, landscaping, and outdoor seating areas. The total project area is approximately 7,000 square feet.

Cartwright services include topographic survey, design development, and construction documents for the proposed frontage improvements.
