​PCGC North Auburn Mercy Housing is an Affordable Housing Community within the PCGC campus, meeting the vision and plan detailed in the PCGC Master Plan Update. The project included the development of six (6) buildings on approximately 3-acres intended to become a lease lot within Placer County owned land located within the 200-acre campus of the Placer County Government Center (PCGC). The 6 buildings include 3 apartment buildings, a townhouse complex, a community building, and a building to be used for laundry, maintenance, and garbage. Cartwright services included Public Improvements: grading and drainage, storm drainage, erosion control and a Storm Water Quality Prevention Plan, Design Development, and agency / private utility coordination.
