The project was to develop an approximate 4.95-acre site on the north side of Oroville Dam Road between Hwy 70 and Feather River Road in the City of Oroville for Maverik, Inc. The project included splitting the proposed 4.95-acre site into two parcels. The proposed 2.97-acre parcel to the east situated on the corner of Oroville Dam Road and Feather River Blvd. was developed into a Maverik Service Station. The proposed 1.98-acre parcel to the west situated adjacent to Highway 70 will be developed in the future. The project required Entitlement approval from the City of Oroville in the form of a Development Plan Review and Use Permit and Caltrans approval for the portion of Oroville Dam Road fronting the project. Cartwright services included entitlement services, survey services, construction document services, construction support services, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan construction monitoring, sampling, and reporting.
