The project was to construct a tasting room at the south end of the existing gravel parking area which required civil design for the new building location, grading, drainage, and paving at the new building approach for ADA compliant parking adjacent to the new building. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan was required. The site plan accommodates up 100 parking stalls and provides the required fire accessibility. Cartwright provided a site plan which included rotating the building, including a pad on the north side of the building for future expansion, and re-routing the sewage utilities on-site and around to the existing vineyard.
