The project was to subdivide an existing single parcel into twenty-one (21) parcels and construct twenty-one (21) residential units at the property identified as 308 14th Street in the City of Sacramento. Cartwright services included tentative map, preliminary grading, earthwork calculations, preliminary sewer/water layout, construction documents, and agency submittals.
